Good day mate! I am currently in Melbourne writing this blog post to tell you all about the wonderful yet slightly expensive food in Australia. Just a heads up, this blog post is not really related to cheap and affordable food. However, it is interesting because it is a feature article just to tempt your taste buds!

So, just a little backstory, I arrived today at about 6am aussie timing which is about 3am back in Singapore with my family. My body clock was very much turned upside down. However, as always, food always never fails to keep me going.
For lunch, we went to a little street that looks very much like a ‘Little Paris’. There, we settled on a small café restaurant called The Quarter and I decided on a dish called Gone Fishing- Cone Bay (W.A) Barramundi fillets, pan seared and served w/ grilled asparagus, coriander potatoes and lemon butter caper sauce. Sounds interesting right? The pictures will make you drool!
So this was my lunch :) The fish was soft and sweet. The potatoes were so good with the lemon butter sauce!
My two brothers had one each. This is a wagyu beef steak cooked to perfection.
This a wagyu pork burger. If you would to ask me to compare the wagyu steak in the above picture and this, the steak wins more brownie points.
My Aunt had this chicken pizza that was not really satisfactory because the chicken was hard and a little tasteless.
This pork belly got many of us praising it. However the downside? The crispy skin is a tad too salty for our tastes.
After a long day of wandering around exploring, a very tired Annabelle is ready to turn in before starting a brand new exciting day tomorrow. See y'all in a bit my lovelies!
