Koka Noodles or in short, KKM, is a bowl of curly noodles cooked in a special soup base, topped with generous amount of ingredient. Although some may say that it is not much different from instant noodle, I think that KKM has its unique selling point that leaves the customers wanting for more.
Located at Bukit Panjang, you can choose from either seafood or pork, spicy or normal and with or without egg. The price varies from $2.50 to $3.50, making it an economical choice when it comes to deciding where to eat. Opening from 2 am to 3 pm daily and closed on Thursdays, this KKM stall has a great reputation among customers.
My personal favorite is a small bowl of spicy seafood KKM with egg. It is not too filling for supper yet the prawns, fish fillet and cuttlefish adds flavor to the dish. As a chili lover, the soup tastes just fine for me and you can always request for more!
So next time when you are craving for some nice bowl of noodles, do head down to Bukit Panjang Food Centre to try out their famous KKM!
For now, Ciao~
